The company was founded in 2005 and has been dedicated for over two decades to the R&D, production, and innovation of cable tray products. Its Shenyang Jingheng production base, deeply rooted in the cable tray manufacturing sector, has accumulated mature production technologies and extensive industry experience. To meet the growing market demand, the company has once again expanded its operations by adding advanced production equipment and constructing a modern factory spanning over 20,000 square meters in the Hutai New Town Development Zone, Xinmin City, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The new production base officially began operations in July 2025. The coordinated operation of the two bases will further enhance the company’s production capacity and market service capabilities.
To further expand its market presence and establish an international business footprint, the company has set up Jingheng Weiye (Shenyang) Import & Export Co., Ltd. Relying on the parent company’s strong manufacturing capabilities and established brand reputation, the subsidiary specializes in the import and export of cable tray products, bringing Jingheng’s high-quality standards to more countries and regions around the world.
Currently, the company is equipped with more than ten press machines ranging from 40 to 500 tons, multiple CNC cutting machines and CNC pipe-cutting machines, one large-scale environmentally friendly automatic spraying production line, and four advanced fully automatic gantry-forming machines, enabling fully automated production across the entire product lifecycle. The production capacity reaches up to 10 pieces per minute, efficiently ensuring timely order fulfillment.
The company’s meticulously crafted molded cable tray features a flat O-shaped circumferential rib design, with an additional rectangular rib measuring 8mm deep in the central section, significantly enhancing the structural strength of the product. We can produce trays ranging from 1 to N meters in length, with no length restrictions per individual piece. This product is ideally suited for use in various industrial facilities. Thanks to its elegant appearance, superior quality, and outstanding performance, it has earned widespread market recognition and enjoys a stellar reputation within the industry for its integrity-based business practices.
